Ever heard of Glucosamine? Probably not! Neither had I though till a couple of months back when I started training hard at the gym. I've always took a multi vitamin and evening primrose oil and things like that but I have to admit that when it comes to getting involved in taking other vitamin, mineral and supplements.... I'm a novice. I never find the packaging spells out out to me what I need it for, never understand the correct dosage and never know if I should be taking this with that and whether I'm having to much of a good thing!
