 ... take it cos I'm advised to and I advise you to do the same. Why take anything if you don't need to right? So as I take a multivitamin every day I basically want a reasonably priced one and one that isn't all singing and dancing. You know the one's I mean right? One's that are coated in 24 carat gold and make you sing in the shower and bounce round like a mad elephant for a few hours! When it comes to taking vitamins I'm a fan and I do so every day. In today's diets it seems a lot of us really do miss out on vital vitamins and minerals! However I think it's a tricky business knowing what to take, the dose etc etc.... and lets face it information on jars, pots etc is limited and it's like we're meant to know this stuff! I think it's foolish really to go out and just buy stuff like this for the sake of it 'cos you could be getting to much of something, not enough of something else. As I am a student and always on the move with meals due to univ schedule and part time work I decided to invest in some sainbury's multivitamins. So every morning I used to pop a pill with the satisfaction that incase I dont get my daily dose I am covered on all tracks. The sainsbury brand was cheap (2-3£ depending on the number of tablets. Think i got 90 or 120. I carried on using it but unlike the slimming tablet (which most of the time dont work) there is no way to actually find out if these tablets do work or not.
