Sainsbury's Vitamin B Complex , size is stated and I'm told they contain no artificial colours. The one thing I know for a fact I run low on in my body is Vitamin B. I know this when the Dr ordered me to have tests and discovered it. Vitamin B is essential for running a good nervous system, having good skin and even helps to prevent insomnia (amongst a few other things!). For me if I'm not getting enough B Vitamins in my diet (found in whole-grain cereals, bread, red meat, egg yolks, green leafy vegetables, legumes, sweet corn, brown rice, berries, and yeast) I get very down, tired and just generally out of sorts. By taking Vitamin B I feel a real difference to my well being and these are the one's that I take every day and have done for the past couple of years ... Read the complete review
