... but I was in Superdrug at the time and just opted to try out this one. Obviously you can only buy this from their stores and it may be online on their website. I have forgot the actual price which I paid for these, but I'm sure it was in the region of £3.00 to £4.00 so fairly cheap for the amount you get inside. There are various alternatives of this including smaller packets which are cheaper, however I went for 180 tablets so that it could keep me going throughout my days at University.

I remember as a child my parents used to give me those jelly shaped vitamins that I used to think tasted like sweets, so I was never too bothered about getting my vitamins. As I have developed into an adult, vitamins have been the last thing on my mind and I never really think to buy them as all in all I am in pretty good health!
