The build quality is impressive made of hardened plastic with a clear colour screen. Build quality is important as I usually drop handsets quite regularly and I have broken many in this process. The phone is comfortable when placed against the ear for extended periods of time with no warming detected. The setup was easy but getting the wireless working was a bit difficult but not impossible. The phone comes with a useful user guide that answers many of the questions I had and ensured an almost pain free installation. Netgear SPH200W ... net gear SPH200W is a great all round phone for VOIP and land line calls. The net gear handset comes in a classic white and has been well designed. The screen is colour and the display is visible in all light levels and isn t effected by glare coming from the windows in our house. The phone has a well though out menu system that is easy to follow and quick to select between VOIP and standard calls. The phone has all the services you would expect on a handset of this price all of the services worked well apart from conference calling where the speaker function sounded tiny and wouldn t take high volumes.
