Cisco Unified IP Phone 7962G ... can t believe I m the first person to write a review for this phone. I use it where I work and find it really easy to use . They make great reception and conference phones for small meetings and the display screen is a good size. As everyone hot desks where I work one phone can be used by anyone as long as you have your own login details and if you have the right model you can place yourself on a group huntline so calls are never missed when they bounce from reception. One of the big benefits of this phone is with the right systems in place you can use the phones to call on an internal network in the UK and abroad and save your company money. Cisco IP Phone 7941G ... office just got those phones in and I think they are great. The menu is very intutive and allow you to navigate easily betwenn the calls you made, you received or missed in a few steps. There are several Voicemail settings you can use and you can even enter an expiry dates for those. Hence while you will need to create a out of office voicemail when off on holiday you won t need to re-record a message when you come back as the phone will automatically reverts back to your standard settings. Cisco IP Phone 7940 ... - Up until recently there was a wide variety of telephones in my workplace, then they announced we were getting VOIP phones. Chaos ensued for a while due to the fact that we sell Income Protection, thus the name Voice over IP caused numerous people to ask what this new Income Protection product was about. Thus the project to implement these new phones was changed to Mercury (which clearly makes more sense), apparantly Mercury was the god of telecoms (although Wikipedia says he was a messenger and god of trade, which is probably more accurate *citation needed)...
