I can't believe I'm the first person to write a review for this phone. I use it where I work and find it really easy to use . They make great reception and conference phones for small meetings and the display screen is a good size. As everyone hot desks where I work one phone can be used by anyone as long as you have your own login details and if you have the right model you can place yourself on a group huntline so calls are never missed when they bounce from reception. One of the big benefits of this phone is with the right systems in place you can use the phones to call on an internal network in the UK and abroad and save your company money. There are loads of useful aspects like caller history and voicemail. These phones are for forward thinking companies who need technology to work for them.
