The Polycom Soundpoint IP phone has been installed in our new offices a number of months ago and I have to say I'm quite impressed with the hardware and usability of the phone. The phone is designed around a standard office work phone which is wired no wireless available. The handset is made of hard plastic with makes it very durable.
