This is a good phone for conference calls in particular. The three-way microphone and microphone extensions mean that it is not difficult to be heard even in a large meeting room, and the speaker is of a decent quality for playing voice without too much distortion even at high volumes.

The base is sturdy and well-constructed, and although the dark grey plastic is somewhat boring the design is interesting enough to stop it looking too bad.

The screen is fairly small LCD with a green background. Smaller writing can be a bit too small if sitting further away from the unit but the main figures are a decent size. The phone has a number of basic functions such as redial but is not full of sophisticated features. But that does mean it has a very user-friendly interface.

My main problem are the keys, which although a good size and well-placed are made from an overly squidgy rubber that doesn't give a pleasing tactile sensation or feedback when dialling numbers.
