We bought this machine after our previous on packed up. Needed a washer dryer as don't have space for separate items. Price was reasonable in comparason to competators and the largeish load was a draw as it washes up to 8 kg and dries up to 5 Kg of laundry.

It has been a bit of a disappointment. The 40 degree economy cycle which is the one we use most takes forever (about 2.5 hours), so you have to be quick off the mark when you get home from work to complete a load without disturbing the neighbours.

The dial also seems to have gone haywire. The cycles you use most don't alway co-operate and the machine will go straight to rinse cycle instead of washing first.

It does wash well, although items on the 30 degree sports cycle didn't come out very clean.

The dryer. If you do a large load you have to decrease the amount in the machine. It's supposed to sense when the clothes are dry and stop. This doesn't work and often the clothes are still wet (mind you we may well be guilty of over loading it as a small load will dry).

All in all, washes well and whilst it hasn't broken down there are major irritations with the dials not telling the machine to do what it's supposed to and having to try and try again to get the thing to work. I'm not sure it bodes well for future reliability.
