Zanussi ZWD16270W ... several problems with this washer/dryer 1)It very often makes an electrical fault hissing noise and then burns out the fuse. 2) On a few occasions it has not emptied properly 3)The dryer takes forever to dry the clothes and so we dont use this because of the amount of electricity it uses. Therefore there is no point to 50% of this machine. Good things about it: 1)The washer is quite easy to use, id say with a good range of variables. 2)Although the dryer is not so good, the spin on this machine is brilliant so that most clothes (not so much towels) are nearly dry anyway. 3)You can find this machine for around an average price of £400 4)Its fairly quiet. Indesit WIB111 ... bought this washing machine almost one year ago, for the price I m quite happy about it, after using it in my house, my mum said it was a great washing machine which gave me a bit of confidence in my buy. The best thing about it is the instructions of how to use the washing machine, they are very very easy to follow!!! I will defenetly recomend it to anyway that is on a budget. the only downfall i can see is the fact that you cannot wash at its half capacity, cos that s always usefull if you just need to wash a couple of clouths, specially the whites or the red, which you need to wash seperatly. apart from that i actually never had a problem with this washing machine. Indesit WIXL143 ... ve now had this item a few weeks short of a year. firstly the markings and labels have come off even though I ve only ever wiped down the front with a damp cloth. Thus it s a game of guess the button - good job i kept the manual. next there is a small split in the door seal. However as this only leaves a small drip every few washes we couldn t get it replaced under warentee as Indesit said if it doesn t leak when the engineer is there we will have to pay a call out fee & we can t afford it so as it s such a small leak so infrequently we live with it. The quick washes are very good, as is the removable, cleanable filter which some modern machines don t have. ...
