Bosch WFK 2801 ... had our Bosch washing machine for 3 years now and it has been superb. It has the usual selection of programs most of which we ignore. The delay timer is good for nighttime washes and it is quiet enough not to disturb anyone even when spinning at its max 1400rpm. The cleaning is excellent and basically everything is done on a short wash 62 min. It gets used most days and so far the only blemish has been a hairgrip blocking the draining pump. This did require a nice man to come out and fix it to the tune of £30. However I watched him do it and it was very easy and I have had to do it once since to remove a 5p coin. Bosch WFL 2000 ... have had our Bosch WFL2000 for over 3 years now and it has never once given us any cause for worry at all. We stuff far too much washing into each load (and know that this is the quickest way to damage a washing machine) and it just doesn't seem to care. It was at the slightly more expensive end of a range of washing machines that we looked at in Currys. We decided to wait until the January sales before we bought one (I would recommend this to anyone as the savings can be huge) and even though this was a dearer machine, it still only cost £340. Hoover Quattro 1300 ... I’ve had my washing machine for nearly two years, I think it cost £400 it was brand new and I think we got it from ‘Curry’s’. It still looks new and has done a excellent job for me. I use my washing machine about three or four times a week, I am quite methodical and always put the whites with whites and colours and delicate separately, as probably most people are. It has a built in tumble dryer, you put it on a certain number after it finishes washes and it spin dries your clothes. We have to put in on G.
