AEG L12843VIT ... we have a service plan with Domestic and General when our old washer dryer broke we were offered an upgrade to a new machine. We decided to wait a month for the new AEG L12843VIT and pay the additional £200 to upgrade rather than taking an older model as this one had a slightly better capacity. There was such a limited choice on good integrated washer dryers that it was difficult to chose but we decided on the L12843VIT in the end because: 1. We trusted the AEG brand. 2. AEG L74850M ... washers and dryers they had bought. However, we have had no problems at all, and they are a good space saver. There are lots of presets on this machine, which are really useful as we have so many different wash loads to deal with, as we have two children. It feels like we have got a very advanced, state of the art machine with the child safety features, digital displays and all of those settings. We have had a hotpoint and another AEG machine before this one. I can t speak highly enough of AEG, and although it feels like we won t be in the market for another washing machine for a very long time, we will go with the AEG make again when the time eventually comes.... AEG L16850 ... ve had my AEG washer-dryer for a few months now. It was bought to replace a Bosch appliance that had given many years of good service but was definitely on its way out. The things I particularly like about this machine are as follows: - It is very quiet. I often set my washing machine to run through the night when my electricity is cheaper. My bedroom is right next door to the kitchen but the machine is so quiet it s hard to know it s actually on sometimes. - the machine washes and rinses extremely well - It has a large drum capacity.
