Advantages: Low temperature wash, large drum, quiet spin

Disadvantages: Difficult to clean the powder tray

I have this machine and cannot fault it. It was fairly pricey at the time but i thought Ariston- good name lets get it. I got it just as i had a new born baby and put it through its paces. It was on twice a day for many weeks due to the amount of disgusting things babies tend to do. It was so quiet that you could not hear that it was on. It has got louder over time but still quiet for a washing machine. Its great for putting a big wash on as it has a large drum and i love it for the 30min wash it does on 30degrees. I tend to put my husbands work clothes on at that temperature and feel that that is enough.
The only thing that i do not like and this may not bother everyone is trying to clean the powder tray. I have real problems removing this infact i don't know whether you are supposed to remove it or not. The powder does clog and i feel from experience that cheaper powders tend to block it more. I thought when first removing it that i had broke it but after several times of removing it you get the nack. I can live with that though it cleans clothes just like it should.
Once you get used to the knobs you tend to only use one or two washes on a regular basis. The rest i hardly use, i retain the same spin and hardly ever wash above 50degrees. It does go to 90.

Summary: Buy it it does exactly what it says it should
