Advantages: beautiful finish

Disadvantages: none but it is a high-end machine costs-wise

I know this is a relatively expensive washing machine but I decided to fork out because I knew it would be a sensitive bit of kit and the aesthetics would work in a modern kitchen. My finish is stainless steel and fits in sleekly with my other fittings which have a stainless steel finish. Most people think it's a dishwasher because rather than it looking like bog standard whitegoods with the usual glass circular door, all you see is a flush clean pull-down stainless steel door which reveals the glass door behind.

The machine has sensitively graded settings from 90 Celsius heavy wash (which I have never needed to use) through to a delicate hand wash and wool wash functions. The main wash should be the normal wash or the light wash at 30 Celsius which are perfect setting for ordinary washes. Cashmere jumpers emerge well from the c.30 minute wool wash as do linen shirts from the hand wash setting. I have sometimes used the super-quick wash which take just over half an hour to refresh something I need to wear that day. The spin is quiet with good vibration absorption which is great when you're trying to eat dinner nearby!

Summary: if you have to your machine in your kitchen- this is the best looking, quietest and slickest model

Welcome to Dooyoo.
A good start here. For the benefit of buyers though a bit more info could be added here such as:

Actual cost price you paid
Design and durability - worth it for the price?
Controls - easy to work out?
Maintenance - anything to clean out such as filters etc?
What is the main total spin offered on this machine?
What is the total weight load of clothing (kg) this machine can cope with?

Adding info isn't compulsory but it could benefit buyers more. If you update your review or need help please message me.
Ideally speaking, Asko is a brand who deal with fitted kitchens and as a brand that may not be known to many, it would be beneficial to promote what this machine offers from this company.
