I bought this machine in February 2010, it lasted no more than 6months and err 7 (motor) went. It took three weeks with numerous phone calls to the call centre and the engineer to come out twice with the incorrect part for me to decide that this wasn't one of my best buys. I would not recommend this product or any of Baumatic's based on their after sales care. We wasted two full days having to wait in from 0800 -1800 for an engineer to come out as they could not give us an am or pm appointment.....
