My washing machine died about a month ago and with four adults in the house, two of which were getting ready to back to University I needed a washing machine quickly. Now I'm not one of those people that believes that the more expensive the better and neither to I feel that the washing machine needs to sing and dance around the kitchen ...  Read the complete review

I bought this washing machine from Argos for £169 about 4 months ago after my last one packed up. It has a 5kg drum and a 1000 rpm spin. It also has a hand wash cycle for those delicate items and it has a fantastic quick wash cycle which takes just 30 minutes. I use this particular cycle quite a lot and it brings the laundry up lovely. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Beko WM5100: An economical but reliable washing machine (222 words)

I have had this washing machine for about a month now and I am so pleased with it! It is small and compact, and perfect for a household of one. It has several different washing cycles on it, most of which are not necessary for me; I generally use the 30 min 30 degree wash, but have also tried out the energy saving 40 degree wash. Both washes ...  Read the complete review

I bought this washing machine from Tesco for £180 and am very pleased with it overall. Cheap and cheerful and has certainly been reliable. I used the 30 degrees or cold setting on much of my washing to save electricity (being very green where I can these days) and regardless of the detergent type I use and everything washing fantastically. The ...  Read the complete review

I got a ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Not a bad machine for a little family (202 words)

This Turkish machine is quite cheap at around £190 and compared to the rest is about the cheapest machine out, so therefore considered the worst, but maybe not. The machine, along with most new machines now has a cold fill, in my opinion, better as its easier to plumb cheaper to run and less chance of leaks. Start/Pause/Cancel Button, in ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Great for a busy household (189 words)

I got this when my previous machine broke down. I was looking for something under £200, that had at least a 4.5kg capacity and quick wash and hand wash programmes. This fitted the bill as I got it from Tesco for £180 and I believe it can now be bought for under £170. The quick was setting is fab for clothes that are not actually dirty ...  Read the complete review
