I bought this when my old 5kg washer broke down, having an extra 2kg is amazing, i can even wash a duvet in it. This is suitable for a family, not so much a single person.
This model is black so looks very stylish in my kitchen i also have a black fridge/freezer so they complement each other.
There are a lot of cycle choices, its quickest being just 39 minutes!! great if you want something clean quickly, there is a grade A energy efficient wash as well but this is a much longer cycle being over 2 hours.
Every wash is customisable, with the temperature and spin speed being able to be adjusted, you can add pre wash to any cycle wit the touch of a button.
The highest temperature is 90 degrees, perfect to wash baby clothes and for running an empty cycle to clean the machine itself.
The highest spin speed is 1200 rpm, the clothes come out quite dry using this setting, but not suitable for delicate items.
The cycles are cotton, mixed fabrics, synthetics, dark care, duvet, baby clothes and woollens, they are clearly labelled and are changed easily by turning the nob (a lot easier then the led settings on other machines, you need to a computer whiz to figure them out).
This is a quiet washing machine in comparison to its spin power, even using the highest spin cycle it's not to loud, this is very good when you kitchen and living room are next to each other like mine are.
There is a handy lock feature, so if you have small children that like to press buttons it won't matter.
Another feature I like is the cancel button so if you put it on a wrong cycle you can change it.
The price is also a bonus as it is cheaper then most other black washing machines without sacrificing performance. I bought mine from co-op electrical for around £300 about 6 month ago.
I am very pleased with this product. The machine itself is very easy to connect and came with simple clear instructions on how to use. The 7kg load means I am able to fit a whole black sack full of laundry into the machine as one single load. I have also washed my double quilt in it.
The machine offers some great features including a quick wash- takes less than a hour, and a baby and toddler wash. It also has the function to stop half way through a wash in order to add more laundry. For the price I paid £289 I thought the wash would be really loud, however it just makes a slight humming whilst draining. The digital display screen is good too; shows exactly how long is left on the cycle, and also provides the ability of a child lock. BEKO WME7227 comes with a years manufacturers guarantee, and is definitely worth the money! I would highly reccomend this product due to it being sturdy, reliable and satisfactory cost.
