Had this machine for 12 months - really pleased so far! Do at least 3/4 loads a week. The warning alarm once a cycle is complete is a little annoying (but still quite useful). Would certainly recommend to others. i am especially impressed with the sleek black exterior - looks quite posh... Well done Bosch
