A hard worker. I have had this for over 3 years and it hasn't gone wrong once. I have used it seven to ten times a week for all of this time. The only problem we had was not the machine's fault. A bra wire got caught in the drum, and my husband was able to fix this fairly easily.

The detergent drawer gets a bit mucky, but it is easily removed and cleaned. The spin cycle is good, so the clothes come out fairly dry.

On a woolen wash it automatically reduces the spin speed, so if you forget to turn it lower, it doesn't ruin your clothes.

It is also not as noisy as other washing machines.

I researched which washing machine to buy through Which? Magazine, and I am very happy with my choice.
