OK Washer /Dryer - Poor Reliability

I've had the Hoover Quattro for just under three years and have had three problems:
1. Drain pump failed.
2. Conditioner drawer fails to drain
3. Drum fails to rotate.
The machine is covered with a 5 year extended warrenty and the parts were replaced but the Service Engineer did not have many good things to say about this machine.
What are the good points? Good value for money at £400 for a combined washed dryer. The 1300 spin speed does a good job of drying the cloths. It is reasonably stable while spinning at 1300rpm.
Bad points: no filter, this means any item can get through and destroy your drain pump. The time for the wash cycle is quite long. The feet adjustments for levelling the machine are only at the front. Reliability is an issue.
Overall Impression: OK washer/dryer but poor reliability.
