Disadvantages: Cheap, Unreliable, Not value for money

Like the other review on this machine, i bought it on looks, fast spin speed and, at the time, though Hoover as being a good brand.

Where do i start with all the problem i have had;


1, Door hinge Snapped (GIAS failed to repair, i asked hoover to send it to me and i fitted it), also shredded clothes
2, Concrete block cam off, (drum No. 1) along with new soap tray, front fascia and new door. More shredded clothes and another door hinge, which i fitted myself again because GIAS failed to meet its promise
3, Main Bearing completly wrecked, Drum no.2, and more wrecked clothes.

as it stands of today the machine is less than 3 years old. I wrote to Hoover who turned their back on me. But i must say that Comet have given me a full refund and i will now Purchase Bosch.

My advice to anyone considering buying anything from Hoover is DON'T its cheap, unreliable and dont give a damm about the customer
