We purchased our machine October 2007, it has since broken down 3 times, each time taking upto 3 weeks to repair. The Hoover Candy After Sales Service if you can say that is a complete joke. The problem is the control mother board circuit blows and they cannot ascertain why! The engineer advised that they do not cover spare parts so after they arive to check machine they need to order in parts, each time my husband or I need to take a holiday as they cannot tell us when they will be arriving. Do not buy under any circumstance.
