Do not touch this expensive machine. Being expensive does not make it a worthwhile purchase.

Have always bought Hoover but this machine has had four major faults in 15 months - would have bankrupted me if I did not have a parts and labour warranty for two years.

It also does not dissolve detergent with its cold-fill.

Looks like it is rusting under detergent compartment - paint falling off!

The control board is £120 (made in China no doubt for 50 pence) plus the cost of installation!!!!

This machine will be on the scrap heap after just two years....

Absolutely and outrageously expensive fixes ..... You have been warned.

If Hoover believes in this Machine then it should offer a free 5-year parts and labour warranty,

Come on Hoover ... my last one ran for years without a problem.

Ours lasted 14 months before a control module blew. Quoted £146.39 for the part, plus requires a hoover technician to progamme it. Don't touch this machine with a barge pole.
