Hello - Got a Hotpoint Aqualtis a year ago, and guess what, it broke a week after the guarantee (1 year) expired. We got a hotpoint service man to repair it (over £90) and it broke again 2 weeks later. So, I will not be recommending it...

This washing machine is of excellent quality. It is the 4th one I've owned, and so far has proved to be exceptionally reliable & provides consistent performance. I use this product every day (sometimes twice), as I have 2 children. Despite so much use it has never broken down or caused problems, and the large drum (7kg) is very handy. In fact the only problem with this is that my tumble dryer is only 5kg! The most important feature of this product for is that it has a 'child lock' button, which disables the controls when pressed & held for 3 seconds - very handy with inquistive toddlers who are attractive by all the pretty lights on the control ...  Read the complete review
