We purchased this washing machine from Comet about 1 year ago for £429 and I couldnt be more pleased! We've always bought quite cheap washing machines but after the 3rd one broke down on us decided we would go with the 'You get what you pay for' approach! Admittedly, it was a bit more than I wanted to pay but it really was worth it.

Firstly, you notice the stylish design, which fits in nicely with any kitchen. The digital display is also extremetly helpful for me and saves having to wait home for the machine to finish as there is a countdown timer and it also details what stage the wash is at!

The functions are fantastic, prewash, cold wash, quickwash, 90 degree wash - you name it, it does it!

Once you choose your cycle, you then have the option to increase or decrease the temparature and spin speed (top spin speed is 1400rpm).

The Super Silent function does what it says on the tin! Once balanced correctly, you hardly know its on (even on full spin) which is wonderful for those overnight cycles. All this and its an A+ energy rating!

It is really simple to use (Believe me!) and the instruction booklet lists all the different cycles and settings in an easy to read style. The detergent drawer pulls out easily to be cleaned and the machine will stay gleaming white with a wipe over every few days or so!

The best part for me is the size of the drum (7kg) which means I can practically empty our wash basket in 2 loads. It also washes duvets which is extremely useful.

There is your usual filter at the bottom of the machine, which certainly works. I have found coins, hairgrips and allsorts so this appears to be very effective.

In all, i am extremely happy with this purchase.
