To be truthful I brought this because I liked the space age look and couldn't afford the dearer LG model! However it is a fantastic little machine. We have 3 children and the load is fine for us. It will easily take 3 childrens bedding sets and clean with ease. Don't be worried about only 1400spin things it does the job its supposed to just fine. It looks really good - especially in the dark when it lights up ( i am soo easily pleased) and is very quiet. You only know its on when it spins.
