Advantages: Fast 30 Min Wash

Disadvantages: Poor Button Possition, Poor Reliability, Clothing Damage

We only brought the washer drier 3 months ago, since then we have had 2 calls outs and just called them again today because we returned home this morning to find that all the lights were flashing, reset it like they told me and put it onto empty then spin, as it started to spin the drum thrashed fiercly and it started clattering enough to loosen the kitchen unit it was in, when we called they tried to sell us some special hotpoint cleaner (£20 For A Years Supply) and further insurance, and then told us that we had to wait in all day thursday till they could come out, we are a family 2 adults 3 boys on summer holidays ans out of the 3 months we have had the machine it has been out of use 15-16 days so would not reccomend this machine and would look for another brand remembering that they are indesit too

Summary: Not A Machine I Would Ever Buy Again, And The Service Is Poor
