Advantages: Lots of cycles to choose from, lots of temperatures to choose from, mini load option

Disadvantages: Dryer could be more powerful

We have had this machine for about five months now and I find it to be very good. I use it primarily at the weekend and do about four to five loads over the two days, so perhaps that's not particularly heavy use. Regardless, it is efficient and has multiple settings which is useful - it has two cycles that finish in about an hour which are probably the ones I use most often. I also appreciate the separate temperature dial and the ability to mix temperature and cycle.

In retrospect I would buy the machine again or would possibly opt for a slightly fancier version that displays information including time left in the cycle as it's difficult to guess how much time is left by just looking at the lights.

I will say that it is a tiny bit noisy, particularly if the load isn't a very big/heavy one, but that's a minor complaint. It has a "mini load" option which I've used with success - it doesn't quieten it down though.

I don't use the dryer often, but as with most combo units, it's not that great. I used it for a king sized duvet cover recently and it took two full drying cycles to be completely dry but that is how I've always found such machines to be - if you keep the load very small and run the dryer (e.g. a few hand towels or a single sheet sized towel) it does the trick, but I'm not sure that's such an environmentally friendly thing to do on a regular basis.

It doesn't have any sort of trap door or anything to remove lint, etc. which I have to admit seems odd. But so far so good and I suspect that running a descaling product through it periodically would keep it clean enough.

Summary: All in all I'm very happy with this machine
