Advantages: very easy to use

Disadvantages: some setting take a long time to wash

i have recently bought the hotpoint-ariston after my last washing machine (last make was a SERVICE i dont recommend it) flooded my kitchen.
The hotpoint has your basic features e.g quick wash and delicates. Its also a little less noisy and runs smoother than my friends hotpoint.
I found this very straight forward to use as the wash settings and tempertures are displayed the drawer of the washing machine. The washing settings themselves do exactly what they say. The wrinkle free setting is very good although do NOT pack it as you wont be gauraneed wrinke free clothes! I can also do less washes as some of my delicates are wool so i can mix and match more washes. Sometimes the washes seem to take a long time so i tend to use the quick wash a lot. Overall i think this is a good washing machine though it is slightly over priced. It looks lovely and doesnt stick out like the old hotpoints. This is a good buy but feel it could have a few extra setting for the price.
