I'm really pleased with it esp as it only cost £220. Its really smooth and quiet (I live in a flat) and it has plenty of different wash features so I can clean just about anything with great results. Great value when you look what else is on offer in this price range.Some people worry about Hotpoint's reliability but it comes with a years free warranty and if you register the machine with them they extend it to five years free of charge.I would recommend this machine to anyone, however the 5kg load capacity is a bit small for larger families. It also allows you to pause the wash and open the door, so you can wash the sock that got away!
