We bought the WD860 washer/dryer last year. The blue display showing time left is great. The main critisism is the lack of a fast wash. I especially chose this machine because it said it had a 'quick' wash of 30 mins. The fact is that the 30 degree wash only has an 800 spin so the washing comes out wet. You then have to put it on to spin which takes a further 25 mins. The fastest complete wash is an hour on 60 degrees. The 40 degree complete wash and spin which most people use all the time takes 1 hour and 25 mins!! This was definitely designed by a man. My old 20 year old machine had a 20 min. wash and spin. If you wanted to spin anything it was 5 mins. Why should it take 25 mins. to spin clothes at 1600 setting.
