I got my machine replaced with a new one after 6 months of it constantly breaking down, the one i have now breaks down constantly too, it is so noisy that i cant use it at night because it wakens my kids and i dont find hotpoint helpfull either. The only good thing about the WD865 is the child lock....more

Great washer/dryer. I've had mine for nearly a year, no problems at all. Definately recommended, a bit noisy when on highest spin but easy to reduce this, very easy to use
