The washing machine reviewed here, is the one we have had for wuite a few years now, and I can recommend them. Coloured silver, although Hotpoint call it Graphite. These are also available in white. The door release is good, and it opens fairly soon after washing is complete. It is not noticably any noisier than any other machine. They are easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth on a regular basis. There is a lot of plastic used in the cobstruction, which is great because it does not rust. We just brought a new kitchen in the after Christmas sales and our appliances needed updating to bring us into the 21st century and of course match the new units. We went to Curry’s and had a look around. Eventually we settled for the Hotpoint, Aquarius WF740 in silver.
