Hotpoint WMA31 Aquarius

I spent quite a long time looking for the right washer to suit my needs and ended up buying the Hotpoint WMA31. The washer comes in several colour options and I chose the Linen option to match the light wood units in my kitchen, and it does go very well with them. After 14 months the washing machine has certainly lived up to my expectations and functioned perfectly. I have found the "quickwash" option cleans lightly soiled clothes extremely well and in a very short time. Having bought this Hotpoint washing machine one month ago we found that on the first wash 2 of the 3 blue lumps of plastic are fixed to the inside of the drum broke off. These did not to have been fitted properly as I had found some small bits of broken plastic inside after it had been delivered. No instructions or documentation were delivered with the machine. We had to go back to the store (Scottish Power) where they gave us their store copy. We called out the engineer to replace the parts.
