I TOTALLY AGREE, WHAT A AN AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTPOINT HAVE, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO TAKE UP THERE AFTERCARE SERVICE, OR COME TO THAT BUY ANY HOTPOINT PRODUCT. While Hotpoint may be a name you recognise, their customer services is absolutely awful. Don't buy! We got our washing machine on 17 September 2003.
