... item, I find this very useful. I went for the machine without a temperature control knob (I didn't want to boil my woolens by mistake), but the program selection is all I really need. The programs do tend to be a little lengthy - so you don't want to put your best trousers in a hour before you are due to go out! Lets hope I am still pleased in a year from now. ...more

I have had my Hotpoint for two months now, and I can say I am very pleased with it. I like the range of wash programs offered, especially the handwash option and the option to do a wash for only one item, I find this very useful. I went for the machine without a temperature control knob (I didn't want to boil my woolens by mistake), but the program selection is all I really need. The programs do tend to be a little lengthy - so you don't want to put your best trousers in a hour before you are due to go out! Lets hope I am still pleased in a year from now. ...
