Hotpoint WT965 Aluminium

Awful awful awful. Our 1st machine didnt even make it through the 1st wash, they replaced it and after 4 months that broke down The hotpoint customer service is shocking. They came out to repair it on 19th Dec 2006, three week later they came out to replace the part, only to call 1/2 an hour before hand to cancel. Don't buy this machine!!!!! I've had two. The first one broke (and displayed an error code that the engineer didn't even recognise). After a month of wrangling with Hotpoint and waiting in on four separate occasions a brand new replacement was finally delivered last week. Guess what? This one doesn't work either! Same error code only this time I can't even get the door open to retrieve my damp clothes. Hotpoint has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Staff in the call centre are rude and unhelpful. Turnaround times for engineer call outs are up to 10 days.
