Awful awful awful.

Our 1st machine didnt even make it through the 1st wash, they replaced it and after 4 months that broke down The hotpoint customer service is shocking. They came out to repair it on 19th Dec 2006, three week later they came out to replace the part, only to call 1/2 an hour before hand to cancel. Then a week later they came back out to find they ordered the wrong part!!! Take my advice steer well clear of Hotpoint!!!
