... have owned this product for nearly 3 years and i can say it has got to be one of the worse washers there is, from day one i had nothing put problems from the pump falling, the heater not working, the belt snapping, amongst other things. Hotpoint WMD960P ... recently purchased this washing machine as a replacement for an older, tired Whirlpool Washer/Dryer. My previous machine was a 1000rpm speed and was deafeningly loud. Although I was initially dubious by the claims of the machines "super silent" features, I was very impressed by the performance that the machine gives whilst still being quiet. Even on the full 1600 spin it is quite quiet - not silent obviously, but when purchasing, the sales team were honest and friendly enough to point out that super silent doesn t mean silent and that there would be some noise. Hotpoint Aquarius WD420 ... machine IS reliable and very easy to use!!!!! I think alot of people only come on to these websites to review products when something goes wrong!!!! I have owned my machine for 2 years now and have never had a problem with it at all. Its easy to use and has never ruined any of my clothes, leaked water or broken down! How many people do you think actually come on a website to comment on how great a washing machine is when they have had no problems with one and don t need a replacement!?!?! Hotpoint Aquarius WD645 ... have had this washer/dryer for just over a year now and wanted to combine a washer/dryer to save space. It is really good as a washing machine. My clothes always smell fresh, even after they ve been in the machine for several hours while I ve been out at work. It is a reasonably quiet and a nice looking machine. I find the quick wash at 30 degrees, which lasts around half an hour, is great if you re in a rush or for items that may shrink at a higher temperature. I also tend to use the quick wash at 60 degrees, which is around a one hour cycle and gets things really clean. However, the drying aspect of this machine I find quite poor.
