... happen.Unfortunately we did not take out the extended warrenty and unfortunately one of the main components of the machine (the drum bearing) which must have a a life of between one and two years went. We decided to cut our loses and invest in a new machine. Indesit machines appear to built for the cheaper end of the market and are only just capable of doing what it says on the box. I guess if you were only going to use once a week it may last longer but for everyday washes I think a better quality is needed....more

Our Indesit washing machine was bought on a budget but we thought it would be fully capable of doing the job its expected to do. The machine worked fine for 1 year 9 months then started leaping around the room and making noises like an approaching Tube train.
