I bought my Indesit W123 new 8 years ago and have never had a problem with it. (except when my 3 year old broke the door handle) It has always worked fine with no problems at all - until now when the light flashes ten times and the cycle resets. Can I find out ANYWHERE what this ten flashes error code means?? No.

My Indesit is 25 months old ? that?s a 1 year warranty and a month. According to the manual, this machine will ?repay you with loyalty for years and years to come? ? except that it broke 2 weeks after the warranty ended. I do admit that it was a very quiet but slow machine. The repairs, however, will cost £70 for a call out, and a very expensive ...

Well, luckily I have never had to have any involvement with Indesit/Merloni. I have had my machine for some 6 years, and (I hope I'm not tempting fate saying this) I have never had any problems. The settings all seem to produce perfectly good results and the spin speed is enough that shirts can be dried in the air within an ...

I bought one of these about 20 months ago from Currys. For 1st 18 months no problems (although normal 40 degree wash takes about 1hr 40 mins) but then strted to get very noisy on spin - I realised the main bearing had gone. I have to say that I would expect a main bearing to last at least 5 years. I called Indesit (Merloni) to arrange a repair ...

The Indesit W123 is the first brand new washer I've ever owned. I previously had a reconditioned Hoover Logic, which was wonderful when it worked, but was proving more and more unreliable as the years went on. My washer is shared with a working archaeologist, so it needs to be reliable. Believe me, you don't want to be washing Iron Age ...
