Indesit W133

When I bought this cursed machine 5 years ago, I was not so bothered about the price of the product than of the appearance and features. However, since purchase it has had to have the bearings replaced, the entire drum unit and bearings were changed within 2 years of purchase, the door hinge has also been replaced once, and it has had a new electric motor following an internal water pipe coming loose and spraying the entire workings with water. Also the kick-plate trim fell off as the lugs holding it to the machine had snapped, and finally the on-off button popped out one day and i couldnt glue it back on. Story of my Indesit W113. 220 Pounds paid to the man at currys 1.5 years trouble free washing. Good quick spin cycle,fairly noise and vibration free. Looks good, nice clean white lines and a simple interface. Then... Weight inside machine comes loose - destorys machine in around 60 seconds. The repair engineer told me that has seen several broken Indesit machines like this. Indesit Sold me on the promise of cheap , function packed machine. Do not buy this machine it is a load of rubbish?? That was a very sharp statement was it not? Read on!!!!! I bought the Indesit W133 Washing machine eighteen months ago brand new from Comet. It came with a twelve month warranty as most machines do and the cost with delivery was 249.00. I decided not to go for the extended warranty which would have cost me a further 100.00 thinking that with it being brand new it would last a good few years.
