Advantages: filter, cheap, large capcity drum

Disadvantages: labels wipe off,

We've now had this item a few weeks short of a year.

firstly the markings and labels have come off even though I've only ever wiped down the front with a damp cloth. Thus it's a game of guess the button - good job i kept the manual.

next there is a small split in the door seal. However as this only leaves a small drip every few washes we couldn't get it replaced under warentee as Indesit said if it doesn't leak when the engineer is there we will have to pay a call out fee & we can't afford it so as it's such a small leak so infrequently we live with it.

The quick washes are very good, as is the removable, cleanable filter which some modern machines don't have.

I do find that rather than sucking down little lumps of food like sultanas this leaves them in the drum so you have to make sure you scrape everything clean before you put it in the machine.

As a budget machine it's very good but I don't honestly see it lasting as long as my old machine.
