Indesit WN 850 WG

I bought my Indesit WN 850 WG washing machine in 1995 in the Rumbelows closing down sale. It was the cheapest washing machine i could find and was discounted to £170. I havent had any problems with it and 15 years later 2010 it is still going strong. I would recommend anyone buying an Indesit because im at the point of wishing it to break because i want a new one. This machine is far too reliable if thats possible. Its got one button start/stop and 14 programs. Its so simple to use and i put everything on programme 4 which is a 40 degree wash. My Bendix washer eventually gave up the ghost after 17 years of absolutely trouble free service in almost daily use, so it fell to me to replace it, but the price was beyond my means at the time so I had to settle for something less expensive. So considering the use that the new machine would have, I opted for a washing machine with just basic controls and no whistles and bells. After all who needs them?
