Indesit WIXL123 ... bought this about a month ago from B&Q after realising it was the same one a neighbour had recommended and so far can only praise it. I was concerned at first that it might not be up to the job of our last machine as it was a Bosch but if anything it has been working better. It is so much quieter that I often have to check that I did actually switch it on. The cold fill has already seen us with a reduction in our gas useage and it is so much better being able to use a cold wash on some materials. The drum is wider than our last machine but not as deep. Indesit Moon SIXL145S ... bought the Indesit Moon 3 months ago. It stood out with its unusual design and the colour but mainly because of the easy to use controls that even my boyfriend can use (no excuses now!). I liked the fact that you put the washing detergent/softener in the door so there are no drawers to pull out and the machine cleans the dispenser automatically, although you can detach the dispenser if you want to. You simply have to press one button on the front dial. The other thing that impressed me is how quiet the washing machine is compared to previous washing machines that I have bought. Indesit WIXXE147 ... this machine last month after mine finally packed in. I was on a budget but needed a good machine that could keep up with the amount of washing I do with a busy and messy family. I ve found it absolutely brilliant and the screen says the amount of time left which, although seemed a bit pointless when I bought it, has proved a lot more useful than I originally thought. The preset washes are useful but I tend to use the empty preset to design & save my own. You can also change the temperature of a preset which is really useful as the presets are really quite high.
