I bought this machine about 3 years ago, and have got to say it is quite simply the best washine machine I have ever used. I run about 3-4 washes on it every week, and have not had a single problem with the machine. This is in stark contrast to our previous Hotpoint machine which had endless problems with it. We were calling out an engineer every six months on our British Gas homecare policy for about three years with our old machine, and then finally it completely packed up. Asked the engineer for his recommendation, and he said that the best machines were made by Miele.
