Next question, where to buy ? well I soon found that all Samsungs are delivered direct from the factory, so realistically, it doesn't matter too much. Well my 16 year old Phillips Washing Machine finally had to go to the washing machine cemetary - RIP. It had never gone wrong in all of that time and if I could have purchased another - I would have. Sadly, Philips, for whatever reason, no longer make washing machines. So now what do I buy ? - I decide to ask the independant expert, our nieghbour who is a washing machine engineer, his advice - Bosch or Samsung. This advice was based on his experience over the years. He told me not to buy Hotpoint, Servis, Hoover, Creda, Zanussi - they are all troublesome.
