Everyone will know that when your washing machine packs up, it is a major inconvenience. I shouldn't complain as up until buying this Servis M6002, my faithful Zanussi had served me well, and so had the Zanussi previously. The first lasted me 13 years and the second one 9 years, so I cannot complain! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CHOOSING A MACHINE ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I was all set to buy another Zanussi, but unfortunately I did not have the money at the time, due to Christmas, garage bills etc, and desperate for a new washing machine, I had no choice but to look at cheaper makes and models.
