Advantages: Many different washes

Disadvantages: Problems in the first year

Servis M6012. I have had this washing machine for just over a year. The capacity is great for a family load. It also has many features including adjustable spin speed, this is great for any delicate washes. When i use the fastest spin the clothes appear almost dry when they come out. It also has a various choice of wash settings. I generally use daily wash but there are denim washes, baby clothes wash, this is great for any hand knitted clothes. There is also a quick wash that takes 40mins. The normal daily wash takes approx 90mins, this is something i find a bit slow. I have also had to have the engineer out on 2 occasions, the first time was that the computer control panel broke and had to be replaced and the second was that a bolt holding the drum had come loose. I find this wash to be good but i am a little concerned that i needed an engineer twice in the first year.
